Monthly Mass – 2nd Fri @ 7:00 p.m.
Monthly Meeting – 3rd Sat 1:30-3:00 p.m.

Dear Doctors,

Greetings in the Lord,

As usual we will have our prayerful meeting on the third Saturday, January 16 at 1:30 pm at the Barnabite Spiritual Center. This Saturday we will discuss a passage from the Gospel according to St. Mark about blind man (Mark 8:22-26).

22When they arrived at Bethsaida, they brought to him a blind man and begged him to touch him.23He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. Putting spittle on his eyes he laid his hands on him and asked, "Do you see anything?"24Looking up he replied, "I see people looking like trees and walking."25Then he laid hands on his eyes a second time and he saw clearly; his sight was restored and he could see everything distinctly.26 Then he sent him home and said, "Do not even go into the village."

May you have a blessed week.

God bless!

MESSAGE OF HIS HOLINESS BENEDICT XVI FOR THE EIGHTEENTH WORLD DAY OF THE SICK

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The 18th World Day of the Sick will be celebrated in the Vatican Basilica next 11 February, the liturgical Memorial of Our Lady of Lourdes. Its felicitous coincidence with the 25th anniversary of the Institution of the Pontifical Council for Health-Care Workers is another reason to thank God for the ground covered so far in the sector of the pastoral care of health. I sincerely hope that this event will be an opportunity to give a more generous apostolic impetus to the service of the sick and of those who look after them.
